Mark is a regular speaker at Council meetings ensuring that the Lib Dem Council have to listen to the concerns of local people. It was Mark who exposed the Councils scandalous waste of public money when they purchased 4 houses on Melrose Avenue and then sold them at a £350,000 loss. More recently he has lead the fight demanding that the Council gets a fairer deal for Burnley from the government and exposed the Lib Dems 20% cut in funding for community policing.
